Reginald Hobbs Chief Executive Officer and President

Reginald is a veteran real estate investor in the United States with over seventeen years of experience. His area of expertise is buying and selling muli-family dwellings. Buying, designing and eventually selling properties became a passion early on for him. After buying eight properties in one year he realized he could better leverage himself by becoming a real estate broker.

He became a licensed real estate broker for the state of California in 2006, and shortly after opened his own real estate agency HOBBS REALTY AND INVESTMENTS. Reginald also made the decision to personally manage many of his real estate properties. His motto, "in order to manage a property you have to know it from the top to the bottom".

Another passion for Reginald is travel. He has traveled to Ghana/West Africa annually for over ten years. Reginald holds a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts from Prairie View A&M University and a M.F.A degree in theater from California Institute of the Arts.
